I Choose to Let My Yes Be Yes (March 12, 2013)

Last night’s workout revealed a 592-calorie burn on the elliptical. My heart monitor said 486.

I said I would only use the heart monitor numbers. That’s what I entered into myfitnesspal.

I do not like that I made that decision. I will abide by it.
