Now that’s a title that you hope will have photos, isn’t it? Well, I remembered the batteries for the camera. I just forgot the camera. I took some shots with the cell phone, but was too far away for good quality.
Still, it was a quality day. I got to hang out with my daughter in the chalet. Henry and the boys all had their first skiing adventure (another reason why a camera was needed). Upon arrival, we got boots and skis and plunked our lunches and other gear down. Then off they went for a lesson. After that, they took on the challenge of the slopes for the next 2 hours.
After lunch G went up to the bunny hill top on his own and dad got him at the bottom. He plugged away to master his new sport for over an hour. This “but-mom-I-don’t-like-the-cold” 4yo won’t get over on me again! He just need the right carrot dangled in front of him.
We were there with two other families, so the older boys had a good time with them. Henry was quite a trooper. Everyone’s muscles were a bit sore the next day, but they spent more time begging to go again.
Sadly, I must close what I know is just not a very good post. Seriously, it requires video and a photo montage to do it justice. Ho hum…next time.
