Memories 101: Save, Organize & Share

Not sure which photo/memory storage option is actually right for you? This session gives you the tools to evaluate the abundance of options out there so you can decide with confidence instead of guessing.

  • How to evaluate your options for saving, organizing, and sharing your memories
  • A simple system for organizing your memories once they’re saved; plus easy ways to share what you’ve preserved through gifts, prints, and more
  • Leave knowing exactly what your next step should be, with a clear path to get there
Photo Organization Basics

A hands-on walkthrough of how to organize your photo storage account, so structuring and finding your memories is easier than answering “What’s for dinner?”

  • Deciding what’s actually worth digitizing: videos, negatives, reel-to-reel, and scrapbooks, so you’re not overwhelmed trying to save everything
  • A tour of your account and the Gallery, including how to upload and use filters to find what you need
  • The basics of albums, including how to create one and add photos to it, so you have a simple starting structure
Beyond the Basics of Photo Organization

Now that you know the basics, learn the three tools that turn your account from a pile of photos into a system you can actually search, because finding and enjoying your memories should be easier than folding a fitted sheet.

  • Building an album structure, including nested albums, that matches the way your brain actually looks for photos
  • Using tags as searchable keywords, so one photo can be found several different ways
  • Using facial recognition to group photos by person, and a simple 15-minutes-a-week routine to keep it all up
Meet Historian 6: is it for you?

Not sure what the difference is between Historian and Storage? See what Historian actually does and whether it’s the right fit for you.

  • What Historian 6 does, from organizing and editing to creating photo books, all from your computer
  • How Historian works alongside your FOREVER Storage account
  • See it in action, so you can decide if it’s the right fit for this season of your memory keeping journey
Intro to Artisan 6: an overview

New to Artisan 6? This session gets you comfortable in the workspace, so you know what you’re working with before you commit.

  • Get comfortable in the Artisan 6 workspace from the moment you open it
  • Sneak a look at what the software can do, so you know what’s possible
  • Discover the digital art options and support available as you grow in the software
The Someday Studio: virtual

Three hours on Zoom, with me available the whole time to help with whatever you’re working on: organizing, Artisan, or anything in between. Think of it like a scrapbook crop: dedicated time, good company, and a support team right there with you.

  • Three full hours of live, dedicated work time to quiet the “someday” voices
  • Learn from the questions others ask, not just your own, without the one-on-one price tag
  • Bring whatever you’re stuck on: photo organizing, Artisan, or anything else, and make real progress on it
Off the Drive, Onto the Table: from trip prep to photo book

Come home from your next trip with the photo book already halfway done. Three simple phases, before you leave, while you travel, and after you’re home, get you there.

  • Learn how to set up your album structure before you go, along with tips to make travel so much smoother
  • A simple ten-minute routine to use each evening while you travel
  • Yes, it’s possible to design and order your book on the way home. You’re putting away your luggage, and it’s basically finished!
