Konos is the bomb! This is the homeschooling curriculum that has gotten us on track while allowing us to have the most fun. Wade and Jessica Hulcy are a dynamo team who offer so much in support of homeschooling families, as well as the education of our children.
Currently, we are finishing up our Love & Generosity unit study using the Konos curriculum through their Homeschool Mentor Online Co-op. If you aren’t sure how to homeschool, are afraid to go it alone, or want a set plan with the freedom of retrofitting for your family, this is your last stop. Through this venue, I receive so much encouragement from other home-edding moms, excellent training from a Master Teacher, and a plethora of memory-making activities to share with my younguns.
If you are a brick-n-mortar schooler, try a Konos standalone unit in the summer. The election unit made the November 4 results more meaningful for our boys. The Olympics unit provided activities that rivaled the excitement of those in Beijing!
Out of love for their children (four boys!) the Hulcys chose to homeschool. Out of godly generosity and love for others, they are sharing their time and talents so that we, too, can experience the spiritual fruit promised in God’s word.
So this post is to thank you, Wade and Jessica (and Jordan, too), for all you do on a daily basis to make our life here in the Nordland a fun and exciting every single day.
Oh yeah…and we’re learnin’ stuff, too!
