Dear Loyal Customers,
Happy New Year! ...and please forgive me. Many of you were introduced to Norwex by attending a demonstration or open house in the latter months of 2009. It is my standard policy to follow up with customers to ensure their product satisfaction and answer any questions. Due to an unexpected health situation, I was remiss in my professional responsibility.
The good news is that our family is expecting our fifth child! The better news is that we have lived through a most challenging first trimester. Truly, I could not have done so without the love and suppoft of my amazing husband, Henry, and the cooperative support of our four sons.
My intention at the end of the year was to issue "product use cards," to make using your Norwex products easier and so that you could experience chemical-free living in more rooms of your home. It has taken some time for me to get back up to speed with our basic household affairs and I am now turning my attention to that project. Please expect to see product use information on this website in the first week of March.
You can also expect to learn about the Surprise Hostess Program, starting this month. If you need anything before that, you can always order at this website; products will be shipped directly to you.
